This Technical Report is intended to assist Storage Administrators and other IT professionals responsible for the maintenance of an EqualLogic SAN utilize SAN HQ to plan, deploy and use the SAN HQ software to monitor an environment with Dell EqualLogic PS Series iSCSI storage arrays. In addition, it will provide basic troubleshooting tips to help guide the customer in locating some of the most common sources of problems with their SAN.
